TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

・ By purchasing my services you agree on all following conditions:・ I will refuse your commission if you do not read and / or follow these terms.・I reserve the right to decline any sale or commission. I may do so with or without elaborating the reason to the buyer or commissioner.・I will update the Client as often as possible throughout the process and provide WIP files.

Client

・ You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.・ You may not claim the product as your own! All works must be credited and linked back to me.
・ Partial or Full Payment is required.• Payment plans are available for larger commissions. Work will not be started till a partial payment is made.・ You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.・ I do not take refunds once I've started your commission.• Partial refunds will may be available should I, the Artist, fail to complete the commission in the time provided by you, the Client.・ I am allowed to post commissions as examples on other media / platforms.• Written statements asking for any works to not be shown to be should be made before the commission is started.・ Any form of harassment or bargain attempt for prices is not tolerated and will result in a blacklist.・ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

Artist

・ I am permitted to post the art to my gallery or portfolio.・ I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason whatsoever.・ I permit max three revisions. Any more are subject to a fee; anywhere between $5 - $15 depending on complexity.・ Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned work for:
╰ AI, cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Association with the work and said tokens is strictly prohibited・ Tips are always greatly appreciated!
